Power Facility Construction Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Power Facility Construction Manager to oversee the construction, operation, and safety of power facility projects. Based in Bloemfontein, this on-site position involves managing construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, tracking budgets, and coordinating projects to meet set deadlines and objectives. The manager will work closely with stakeholders to monitor progress and maintain project quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead teams and delegate responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for project cost control and resource allocation.
• Solid knowledge of Construction Safety practices and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
• Expertise in Construction and Project Control, including scheduling, planning, and overseeing the execution of projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction management, specifically in the power facilities or energy sector.
• Proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with quality control standards.
