Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within the engineering department
- Drive recruitment and team development initiatives
- Adjust maintenance workscopes based on engine history
- Liaise with manufacturers to resolve technical challenges
- Develop and approve technical documentation practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in aviation
- In-depth knowledge of engine management systems
- Experienced in lean management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
