Power Platform Expert Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Power Platform Expert to drive the vision, roadmap, and adoption of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents across the organization. This role bridges business needs with technical capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions that empower citizen developers and streamline enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership : Define and manage the product roadmap for Power Platform solutions aligned with business goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business units, IT, and leadership to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment.
• Solution Delivery : Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Innovation & Enablement : Promote citizen development, conduct training sessions, and foster a community of practice.
• Performance Monitoring : Track adoption, usage, and performance metrics to continuously improve the platform experience.
• Vendor & Licensing Management : Liaise with Microsoft and manage support, and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management or platform ownership, ideally within Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
