Power BI / Power Platform Analyst

You’ll join a strategic technology team driving process optimization, automation, and GenAI initiatives through enterprise-level reporting.

Your work will directly support decision-making by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Your mission

As a Power BI / Power Platform Analyst, you will design, evolve, and support reporting solutions used across the organization in a structured, data-driven environment.

Your day-to-day

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Translate business requirements into robust data models and insights
• Develop solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Document data sources, logic, and definitions thoroughly
• Collaborate with stakeholders across locations 🌍
• Train and support end users to drive adoption
• Continuously improve report quality and performance

Your tech stack

• Power BI (Desktop & Service)
• DAX & Power Query
• Power Platform
• SQL
• BI & data modeling best practices

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in BI / Analytics
• Are a senior hands-on individual contributor
• Are comfortable in large, regulated enterprise environments
• Communicate clearly and tell compelling stories with data
• Enjoy collaboration and documentation

Nice to have

• Experience in finance, investment banking, or financial services
• Strong interest in GenAI and automation initiatives
• Experience with Snowflake (Cortex is a strong plus)
