Your Role

You can expect a varied role:

• You will be responsible for the application management of our core internal systems: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, M365, and Business Central.
• You will ensure the operational technical management and be the first point of contact for technical and, if necessary, process-related inquiries regarding these platforms.
• You will develop new requirements and processes together with the specialist departments and ensure optimal technical implementation in our systems.
• You will be responsible for the technical development (including Azure DevOps Pipeline) and support of Dynamics CRM, including interfaces and data flows (API queries from third-party applications and Entra App registrations).
• You will actively shape the digitalization and automation of our internal processes, also with the help of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
• You will work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure operation and further development.

What You Bring

• Experience in the development and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central.
• Knowledge of Power BI and an interest in data-based decision-making.
• Enjoyment of collaboration with various specialist departments and a good understanding of operational processes.
• Analytical thinking, independent, and structured way of working.
• Good communication skills, high service and quality orientation.
• Very good German language skills (native speaker), good English skills are an advantage.
