About the role
Job Summary
As a senior member of the Process Analysis & Automation Team, the Senior Power Platform Engineer will design, develop, implement, and support enterprise automation solutions with a strong focus on the Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, analyze workflows, and deploy scalable, governed solutions aligned to organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate demonstrates deep expertise in Power Platform engineering, automation lifecycle management, and low-code solution architecture.
This role also plays a key part in enabling and governing citizen development by training business users, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, security requirements, and regulatory mandates. Continuous improvement, innovation, and a strong understanding of both technical systems and business processes are essential.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in automation tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (including the COE)
- Scripting languages (Python, JSON)
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN)
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git) and agile methodologies
Pay
- $85.00 - $90.00 per hour
