Roles and Responsibilities

• Health checks, process improvement, potentially on call for issues and releases, documentation.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Power Apps (Microsoft Power Platform) – design, development, and deployment of business applications
• Power Automate – workflow automation and system integration
• Automation Anywhere – end-to-end RPA solution design and implementation
• Process Design & Documentation – PDDs, SDDs, workflow mapping
• RPA Lifecycle Management – analysis, build oversight, UAT, deployment, and post-production monitoring

Must have/ Nice to Have

• Python – automation support, data processing, workflow integration
• Java – backend logic, automation frameworks, testing support
• Jira – Agile task tracking, user stories, defect management
• ServiceNow – incident management, service requests, operational support
• Confluence – technical documentation and knowledge management
• APIs & Integrations – connecting Power Platform, RPA tools, and backend systems
• SQL & Data Analysis (supporting automation and reporting)

EDUCATION

• Technology certification
• Bachelor''s or equivalent experience
