Your Role

• Start: 01.09.2026
• Contract duration: 6 months (mandatory internship)
• Working hours: Full-time (38h/week)

Your new passion

• You will accompany the development of innovative business models – from the initial idea through validation to market launch and scaling.
• You will identify real user needs and analyze challenges in the healthcare market to derive new innovation potentials.
• You will develop new products and create strategic concepts for marketing, pricing, and go-to-market.
• You will plan and conduct practical market experiments – e.g., with landing page tests, MVPs, or rapid prototyping – to test hypotheses and business model approaches.
• You will work closely and solution-oriented with UX designers, software developers, and venture architects to bring ideas to fruition.

What excites us

• Ongoing studies in the field of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Communication Design, User Interface Design, User Experience Design, Business Psychology, or a comparable degree program
• Interest in healthcare and the design and evaluation of digital solutions
• Initial experience in the development of digital products, ideally in the healthcare or medical field (e.g., through university projects, part-time jobs, or internships) is desirable
• Proficient use of digital tools such as Jira, Miro, PowerPoint, Excel & Co.
• Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of contributing new ideas
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
