Your Responsibilities

• You will take on demanding and process-comprehensive recruiting tasks from initial contact to profile creation for the client
• You will identify qualified academic-level executives and specialists and contact them directly (Active Sourcing) via social media and databases
• You will develop search strategies and criteria for candidate searches
• You will take over the further development and maintenance of our candidate database
• You will write qualified blog posts for our website
• You will draft and publish job advertisements and candidate profiles
• You will support consultants with candidate management and appointment coordination
• You will take on business development or strategy projects for the further development of the company

• You are enrolled in a university/college program
• You are available full-time for at least 3 months
• You tackle tasks with dedication and demand the best from yourself

• You handle your tasks reliably, systematically, and independently, leveraging your strengths and allowing your weaknesses to be complemented by the team
• You proactively approach team members to continuously learn and optimally complete tasks
• You have very good MS Office skills and feel at home in the digital world

• You have excellent German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
