What to Expect

• Concept and architecture of AI systems based on Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace, Llama etc.)
• Development and optimization of Multi-Agent Systems (e.g. RooCode, ReAct, AutoGen)
• Building scalable AI and MLOps infrastructures (CI/CD for ML, Model Registry, Monitoring, Observability)
• Creation of prompt pipelines, Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts (RAG), complex workflow automations
• Integration of AI components into existing system landscapes (microservices, APIs, cloud-native architectures)
• Collaboration with product teams and stakeholders in the development of innovative AI features

What You Bring

• Very good German language skills at C1-C2 level are required
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a comparable field
• Experience with LLM models, prompt engineering, and RAG
• Sound knowledge in Python, AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, FastAPI)
• Experience in building Multi-Agent workflows or agent-based AI systems
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, REST/GraphQL)
• High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for cutting-edge AI technologies
