These Could Be Your Tasks:

• You conduct recruiting and active sourcing through various channels and databases
• You are responsible for placing and creating job advertisements
• You conduct initial interviews with potential applicants
• You act as an interface to personnel marketing (e.g., in the selection and evaluation of channels and communication methods and the associated reflection of the respective employer brand)
• You conduct CV checks and resume consultations according to our CV standards online, by phone, and at trade fairs

What You Bring With You:

• You are properly enrolled in a degree program in business administration, (business) psychology, or a comparable course of study
• You have an interest in recruiting and personnel
• You enjoy working with people
• Communication is one of your strengths
• You master German at a very good level and English well in spoken and written form
