About Us

The Deutscher Sparkassen Verlag GmbH is the holding company of the DSV Group, the specialized service provider for the Sparkassen financial group. We shape the group strategy and corporate structure, are the voice and sales channel of the DSV Group, and at the same time its internal service provider with shared services in the areas of finance, procurement, and human resources. Your Tasks

• Applicant Management: You manage applicant management with us and accompany the entire application process
• Communication: You communicate with applicants and maintain the applicant system
• Interviews: You organize and participate in interviews
• Applicant Marketing: You are responsible for publishing job advertisements on job portals
• Social Media: You support our social media team and contribute creative ideas to strengthen our employer brand

Your Profile

• You are in advanced studies (e.g. business administration, human resource management, business economics) with a focus on human resources or have successfully completed them
• You are open-minded, communicative and enjoy working with people
• You like to take responsibility for your own areas of responsibility
• You ideally have six months of time from August 1, 2026
