Responsibilities

• In the first few weeks, you will go through a professionally structured onboarding program step by step.
• We will build up your skills, including in negotiation and communication, as well as IT or SAP knowledge.
• Together with experienced consultants, you will develop and implement search strategies and research plans.
• You will use social networks and databases and maintain the CRM system.
• You will select IT or SAP experts and contact them through direct approach.
• Learn more about the diverse activities of consultants and accompany them to customer appointments.

Requirements

Qualification

• You have completed a higher Bachelor's degree at a university/university of applied sciences or are about to graduate.
• Alternatively, you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with professional experience (sales, marketing, etc.).
• You are experienced with internet research and social networks and enjoy contacting people.
• Overall, you convince with strong communication skills, an independent way of working, and a professional demeanor.
• Fluent German (native/C2) and good English language skills are essential.
