What awaits you?

• You search for suitable candidates through various recruiting channels and networks (Xing, LinkedIn, internal database, social media etc.) and get in direct contact with them
• You conduct independent online research according to a briefing from the consultants
• You take over project preparations and support the consultants in personnel consulting projects
• You are responsible for the setup, administration, and maintenance of our database
• You support the organization of all back-office activities

What you should bring:

• You have a confident command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills
• You are a communicative, team-oriented personality
• You work independently, goal-oriented, and reliably with conceptual thinking skills
• You have good German (C2 level) and English (at least B2 level) language skills
