Then you’ve come to the right place, because starting now the 27km Family is looking for someone to join our People & Culture team, specifically, our recruiting team. Whether it’s a mandatory internship or a working‑student position: if you’re eager to take on responsibility and play an active role in our hiring process, this is the place for you. From drafting job descriptions to finalizing hires, you’ll support and guide the recruiting process in close collaboration with decision‑makers, ensuring smiles all around when we expand our team with the perfect fit.

Your Tasks

• Du sichtest Bewerbungen und erkennst Potenziale (auch zwischen den Zeilen)

• Du übernimmst die Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen – freundlich, schnell und auf Augenhöhe

• Du koordinierst Interviews und sorgst dafür, dass alle zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind

• Du unterstützt uns im Employer Branding (z. B. bei Jobposts, Ideen, Formate)

• Du arbeitest mit Tools wie Personio und der Google Suite

• Du bist Teil unseres People & Culture Teams und bekommst einen echten Einblick in unsere Arbeit

• You review applications and identify potential (even between the lines)

• You handle communication with applicants – in a friendly, prompt, and respectful manner

• You coordinate interviews and ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time

• You support us with employer branding (e.g., job postings, ideas, formats)

• You’ll work with tools like Personio and Google Suite

• You’ll be part of our People & Culture team and gain real insight into our work

Skillset Checklist

• Background im Agentur- oder Produktionsumfeld, oder ein gutes Verständnis dafür

• Ein Studium mit Bezug zu People & Culture, Kommunikation oder Wirtschaft (z. B. Psychologie, BWL, etc.)

• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich von Vorteil

• Zeit für ein (Pflicht‑)Praktikum für 3‑6 Monate in Vollzeit oder mindestens 6‑monatige Werkstudierendentätigkeit

• Ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und unterschiedliche Profile

• Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Experience in an agency or production environment, or a strong understanding of these fields

• A degree in a field related to People & Culture, Communication, or Business (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration, etc.)

• Initial practical experience in recruiting or a comparable field is a plus

• Availability for a (mandatory) full‑time internship lasting 3–6 months or at least a 6‑month part‑time student job

• A good sense of people and different profiles

• A structured approach to work and a willingness to take on responsibility

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
