Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a crucial partner to clients, aligning innovative strategies with technology solutions across complex accounts.
  • Engage in various initiatives including business development, IT strategies, and product demonstrations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for delivering impactful solutions.
  • Address sophisticated business problems by conducting research, defining issues, and proposing actionable steps for improvement.
  • Guide client decision-making by discussing and assessing solution alternatives while driving consensus among stakeholders.
  • Showcase connected experiences within Salesforce solutions through software demonstrations and rapid prototypes.
  • Lead solution development that integrates various Salesforce technologies to meet unique customer challenges.
  • Identify customer needs and position Salesforce solutions effectively to meet their business objectives.
  • Create and deliver tailored solutions and demonstrations that illustrate how Salesforce can enhance clients' business strategies.
  • Understand the customer’s architecture in relation to Salesforce's solutions.
  • Facilitate solutions guides across teams to align with opportunity strategies.
  • Share the customer experience narrative enhanced by Salesforce technologies.
  • Participate actively in product training and certifications to maintain essential knowledge for success in the role.
  • Be prepared to travel as required based on territory needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience. Relevant background will be assessed through core competencies.
  • Familiarity with related applications, relational databases, and web technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for collaboration and interpersonal interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams to resolve technical challenges in various environments.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Salesforce.
  • Prior experience as a solution/sales engineer in a CRM or similar technology sector.
  • Basic programming experience in HTML and related web technologies.
