About the role
Your mission
- Support pre‑sales solution engineering for AGV/AMR projects — assist with customer needs assessment, data analysis, and technical concepting.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, feasibility studies, layout drawings, and presentation materials.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel or other tools to evaluate customer requirements, workflow scenarios, and solution performance metrics.
- Develop and refine calculation tools for solution sizing, technical validations, and performance assessments.
- Support analysis of technical regulations and compliance requirements (CE marking, safety standards, industry regulations) for European markets.
- Assist with technical documentation and translations between English, Chinese, and other European languages.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, R&D) to ensure solution feasibility.
- Opportunity to conduct a research project focused on Hikrobot solution analysis and market technology competitiveness. Interested candidates are encouraged to reach out to discuss research topics.
Your profile
Job Requirements
- STEM students currently enrolled in school who are willing to undertake an internship of at least 6 months.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are highly preferred. Additional European languages (German, Dutch, Polish, Czech, etc.) are a plus.
- Undergraduate or graduate students in engineering (automation, mechanical, mechatronics, logistics) who can quickly grasp robot systems and automation concepts.
- Data analysis skills and 2D/3D CAD experience (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) are preferred. Simulation experience (static or dynamic) is a plus.
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and commitment to achieving team goals.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
