Lead, End-to-End Technical Solutioning

About

Lead end-to-end technical solutioning for complex, multi-service deals in the ASEAN market. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and scalable technology, primarily serving the Singapore Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid Leadership: Lead technical design for RFI/RFP processes involving multi-functional expert teams.
• Strategic Advisory: Partner with CXO-level clients to align technology roadmaps with business transformation.
• End-to-End Solutioning: Design integrated, cost-effective architectures spanning App Dev, SaaS, and Data.
• Innovation: Translate complex requirements into innovative, maintainable business-technology solutions.
• Process Remediation: Identify business inefficiencies and recommend fit-for-purpose technical fixes.

Requirements

• Core Eligibility: Singapore Citizen (Required for Public Sector clearance).
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT Service Delivery and Solutions Architecture.
• Tech Stack Expertise: Proven experience in two or more of:
  • Bespoke Agile Development (Java, .Net Core, Microservices).
  • SaaS Implementation (ServiceNow) or Data Platforms.
  • Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS) and Government Commercial Cloud (GCC).
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Professional Background: Tier-I professional services experience and TOGAF certification preferred.
