To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Pricing Analyst/Manager (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Allendorf (hybrid), permanent and full-time.

Are you passionate about numbers, strategic decisions, and international markets? In this role, you form the important interface between Sales, Controlling, and Management. With your analyses, you create transparency and actively drive our global pricing strategy forward.

Responsibilities

As a Pricing Analyst/Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for:

• International Pricing Strategies: You manage and implement targeted pricing measures in our global markets.
• In-depth Analyses: You evaluate prices, margins, contribution margins, and competitor data, deriving concrete recommendations for action.
• Strategic Consulting: You prepare well-founded decision proposals and scenario analyses for management and sales.
• System & Process Optimization: You continuously maintain and develop our pricing and conditions systems (including SAP).
• Project Management: You actively support new product launches and take responsibility for exciting special projects in the pricing environment.

Requirements

You are a strong team player and confidently and reliably engage with internal stakeholders at all levels. A strong analytical mindset and a structured, solution-oriented approach characterize you. Furthermore, you should bring the following qualifications:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in controlling, pricing, or a comparable analytical function.
• Commercial and business management knowledge, especially in the areas of cost accounting, calculation, and statistics.
• You have very good and practically proven knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
• Experience in project work
• Advanced German and English, both written and spoken
• Further language skills are an advantage
