Pricing and Cost Analyst Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and analyze profit margins to support business decisions.
• Investigate cost variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Verify vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies through effective coordination.
• Determine accurate pricing by analyzing market trends and negotiating with suppliers.
• Maintain and update a structured database of costs, pricing models, and supplier quotes.
• Implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability while ensuring competitive pricing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in cost analysis, pricing, or a similar financial role.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Analytical Abilities: Strong numerical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independence: Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
• Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and cost verification.
