Your Responsibilities

As Pricing Manager (m/f/d), you will play a central role in shaping, managing, and further developing operational and strategic pricing processes at the headquarters of the Turck Group. You will work closely with Sales, international subsidiaries, Product Management, Purchasing, and Production, ensuring market-oriented, competitive, and profitable pricing. The role requires analytical competence, a systematic approach, and strong coordination skills – but without personnel responsibility.

• Management, coordination, and success measurement of price adjustment campaigns
• Further development and standardization of pricing processes in the sense of Pricing Excellence
• Ensuring user-friendliness and efficiency of used pricing tools and systems
• Analysis of price, margin, and discount developments, and derivation of strategic recommendations for action
• Co-design, monitoring, and review of pricing measures, special pricing programs, and target pricing systems
• Support for Sales in global key accounts and strategic offers
• Coordination of relevant pricing topics between Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, Production, and international subsidiaries

Your Profile

• Completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in pricing or a comparable field in a B2B environment
• Teamwork skills, as well as communication and coordination strength in international and cross-functional contexts
• Ability to analyze complex issues and to independently manage cross-departmental topics
• Results and customer orientation with an analytical and commercial mindset
• High willingness to learn and self-motivation to familiarize yourself with complex pricing and process structures
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP BI, or comparable tools; SAP knowledge is desirable
• Very good German and English language skills
