Pricing Specialist II (Entry Level)

Position Summary

QXO is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to support pricing strategy, margin optimization, and commercial operations across our business units. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving data-informed business decisions that improve profitability and operational efficiency.

The Pricing Specialist will support the Pricing Analyst in the sales organization in ensuring pricing accuracy and customer agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pricing strategies that drive profitable growth.
• Maintain and optimize pricing databases, customer agreements, and product pricing structures.
• Partner with pricing analyst and sales teams on pricing requests, approvals, escalations, and strategic deal support.
• Support implementation, testing, and validation of pricing updates within ERP and pricing systems.
• Ensure pricing compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase pricing efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.
• Assist with pricing governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, finance, procurement, analytics, or customer support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
