Primary Purpose
Develop, manage, and evaluate high profile, complex projects/programs/initiatives involving multiple organizations from planning to post implementation phases as required. Develop business plans, project charters and performance metrics in support of business objectives. Ensure organizational alignment with management models and principles and drive the integration of best practices. Track and report progress on key business initiatives. Manage quality assurance and/or change management activities involving internal and external personnel. This position will maintain an on-going interface with various Exelon organizations in areas such as the execution of business processes, strategic initiatives, and management model implementation. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
Work Location
Onsite at 401 Eagle Run Road, Newark, Delaware 19702 United States, with additional locations in Mays Landing, New Jersey and Washington, DC.
Primary Duties
- Direct development and lead teams on strategic business initiatives, projects, and programs.
- Lead requirements analysis, performance measurement, and/or quality assurance.
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for strategic high profile, complex organizational projects and programs.
- Manage and report on process/project/initiative assignments.
- Develop performance indicators and tracking mechanisms to monitor and report results.
- Oversee, prepare, review, and analyze reports and controls for strategic projects and initiatives.
- Develop work plans to implement corrective actions that are identified as a result of performance assessment.
- Oversee the establishment of business plans and objectives across multiple areas / departments.
- Lead stakeholders in the development of business cases and prioritization of deliverables.
- Lead change management activities for projects, programs, and initiatives.
- Develop and implement training of employees and external personnel for new processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective business readiness procedures.
- Drive the integration of best practices within the organization.
- Investigate best practices through benchmarking and develop and execute work plans to support the integration of the functions and best practices identified.
- Maintain on-going interface with various Exelon organizations regarding the execution of business processes, strategic initiatives, and management model.
- Serve as the Cascade Owner PHI T&S Cascade platform including lifecycle planning, upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and change management.
- Guide data strategy, develop training and change management communication plans, and mentor Asset Management personnel on the platform.
- Manage integration with Asset Suite 8, TOA4, and other enterprise systems, ensuring accurate work order flow to work management systems and compliance with Oracle staging tables.
- Maintain Cascade data quality for FAC-008, FERC Form 1, NATF, and other regulatory reporting and benchmarking requirements.
- Oversee user roles, entitlement changes, and access control across Cascade environments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, and regulatory teams to align system enhancements with business objectives.
- Provide extended coverage during storms or energy delivery emergencies.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or S.T.E.M. field with a minimum of 7-10 years relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of applicable standards, methods, processes and practices, business fundamentals, and performance metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in standard software applications and relevant specialized business applications.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to create value with advanced problem solving, financial/analytical, performance management, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team and build consensus.
- Customer driven with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements and efficiencies including new technology.
- In lieu of degree, 9-12 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Cascade functionality and interfaces.
- Experience with utility asset management systems and compliance frameworks.
- Experience collaborating across IT, engineering, work management, compliance, and regulatory teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle staging tables and code block validation for CM and PM work orders.
- Advanced knowledge of transmission and substation asset management philosophies and principles.
- MBA or Master's degree in a business or S.T.E.M. field.
- Certification as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Advanced knowledge of project management practices, procedures and principles.
- Expert analytical skills for project evaluation including economic, financial, risk and decision analysis.
- Proficient in business case development and presentation to business unit leadership.

- Annual salary range: $114,400.00 to $157,300.00 per year.
