Position Overview
We are seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced AI systems. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and enhance our AI capabilities, particularly in Agentic AI and LLM. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping our AI strategy and mentoring a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI solutions and LLM applications.
- Develop and optimize Python-based AI models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI development.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and propose innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the development of AI strategies and roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer with a strong focus on Agentic AI and LLM.
- Expertise in Python programming and experience with AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and RAG pipelines is a plus.
- Experience with Google ADK, LangChain, Snowflake, and BigQuery is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AI agents, including Claude and GPT-4, is preferred.
