Design, develop, and implement novel AI algorithms and models. Publish research findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate research prototypes into production systems. Lead and mentor junior researchers and data scientists. Identify and explore new research opportunities and funding avenues. Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in the AI field. Develop and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and industry partners. Present research findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Contribute to the strategic direction of the company's AI initiatives. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 10+ years of experience in AI research, with a proven track record of significant contributions and publications. Deep theoretical understanding and practical expertise in machine learning, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python). Experience with large-scale data analysis and distributed computing environments. Demonstrated ability to lead research projects and mentor teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, research-oriented environment, including remotely. Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus.
