Seeking an experienced Principal Architect, Identity Systems, the full-time role will lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-wide Identity and Directory Services solutions, providing strategic technical leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure Identity and Directory Services solutions
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineering and architecture teams, fostering innovation and collaboration
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and develop architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Identity and Directory Services within complex enterprise environments
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale enterprise technology solutions
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams while driving collaboration and operational excellence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for managing program deliverables and technical documentation
