Requirements

• Manufacturing Facility Experience: Must have 5+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, supporting facility operations, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Engineering Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience) with strong technical understanding.
• Facilities & Equipment Management: Proven ability to manage facility systems, equipment installations, preventive maintenance programs, and plant infrastructure.
• Blueprint & Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and create electrical, mechanical, and plumbing drawings, with knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Leadership & Project Management: Experience supervising teams, managing vendors, and executing projects with budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements.

Nice to Haves

• Plastics / Injection Molding Experience: Experience in a plastics manufacturing environment, especially with injection molding machines and automated systems.
• EAM / Maintenance Systems: Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems or similar tools for tracking maintenance and assets.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, Project, and reporting tools for tracking projects, budgets, and facility performance.
• Emergency Response & Safety Training: Experience with safety programs, fire protection systems, or certifications such as CPR, AED, or emergency response.
• Continuous Improvement / Lean Experience: Background in driving continuous improvement initiatives, facility upgrades, or optimizing layouts and processes.

Additional Guidelines

• Interview Process: Will have to interview on-site if selected.
• Shift: 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday
