Principal Business Analyst

Your Role

The Digital Care Programs Operations team oversees the Wellvolution platform and digital care initiatives. As the Principal Business Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Care Program Operations. In this pivotal role, you will enhance our Digital Care Program team through in-depth reporting and analysis. This includes gathering and interpreting data to uncover trends, assess program effectiveness, and generate actionable insights. You will also play a key role in preparing regular reports, collaborating with team members to monitor key performance indicators, and recommending improvements based on your insights.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is essential.
• Deep knowledge of the business area is typically acquired through advanced education and hands-on experience.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, SAS, and SQL.
• Recognized as a specialist within your field, with a broad understanding of project management.
• Experience using data and analytics to enhance operational performance.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and group facilitation skills are required, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to individuals at all levels of the organization.

Hybrid Work Model

This position requires employees to operate within a hybrid work framework, which balances essential in-person collaboration with flexibility. Typically, this involves coming to the office two days each week. Employees residing more than 50 miles from an office will work with their manager to determine necessary in-office time based on business requirements.
