Principal Decision Architect [Pega CDH]

Responsibilities

• Drive client meetings for a CDH Discovery phase to derive the outcomes and planning for implementation phase
• Work with Lead Decision Architects, Developers, testers onsite and offshore and Client stakeholders to derive the redesign principles and de-customization roadmap
• Define the high-level solution design and architecture
• Define the Ops Manager governance and release management model with Reporting requirements
• Curve out the Phased Migration Plan with estimates, risks and dependencies - Migration Roadmap, Risks & Dependencies

Qualifications

• PEGA Lead Decisioning Architect certified (MUST have)
• Strong PEGA knowledge
• Latest CDH version knowledge
• Pega v25.1.x knowledge

Experience

• Pega customer decision hub: 6 + Years
• Pega lead architect: 6 + Years
• Pega Infinity: 6 + Years
• Overall Experience Required: 15+ Years
