Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems from concept to production. Define system architecture, specifications, and requirements for new electrical products. Create and review detailed schematics, component selection, and PCB layout designs. Oversee firmware development and integration with hardware systems. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for hardware and system validation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to electrical systems. Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices. Collaborate closely with software, mechanical, and product teams to ensure integrated product solutions. Contribute to the development of the electrical engineering roadmap and technology strategy. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in electrical engineering. Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality, and safety regulations. Document designs, test procedures, and technical findings thoroughly. Qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical systems design and development. Expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and microcontrollers. Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence). Strong understanding of firmware development, embedded systems, and debugging techniques. Experience with various communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet). Proven track record of successfully bringing complex electronic products to market. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team. Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE) is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
