You are an expert in operating storage infrastructure (e.g., solution scenarios, deployment, scaling, migration, incident response) and its automation (e.g., using Golang/Python, Bash, Ansible). You already work with APIs and develop them further (e.g., REST API with Golang and Python). You enjoy the challenges of operating storage systems (e.g., protocols, troubleshooting, performance analysis, high availability, lifecycle). You are happy to be part of a motivated team that always strives for improvements and continuously develops itself (and the products). Your excellent communication skills in German and English form the basis for successful collaboration in international, agile teams.
Therefore, we actively live end-to-end responsibility and receive support from many internal STACKIT Service Teams to refine our services.
Responsibilities
- Incident and Postmortem Analysis: You are responsible for processing (major) incidents involving storage as part of STACKIT's Incident & Problem Management process, with the goal of deriving and successfully implementing mitigating measures for the future.
