Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize tailings management processes
• Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory conditions
• Support risk management during commissioning phases
• Interact daily with cross-functional operations teams
• Provide guidance during process deviations and ramp-ups

Requirements

• Engineering degree in relevant field required
• P.Eng or P.Geo eligibility a must
• Experience with tailings systems and brine management
• Background in capital project management preferred
• Greenfield ramp-up experience advantageous
