Key Responsibilities

• Lead silicon validation of IP performance and functionality
• Support hardware bring-up and early product characterization
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement fixes
• Manage dedicated validation efforts alongside characterization
• Validate sim-to-silicon performance for algorithms and metrics

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Over 10 years in silicon validation and performance analysis
• Expertise in SerDes design, including PCIe/Ethernet
• Strong background in signal integrity and CDR architectures
• Hands-on lab experience with validation and debugging tools
