Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

  • Be responsible for the CMOS development/ transfer in a foundry site throughout the whole development and transfer cycle
  • Push for fast learning cycles
  • Define the verification methodology, plan and execute device characterization and data analysis
  • Drive improvement of the process integration scheme and of critical process steps to gain device performance, reduce manufacturing costs and achieve the required device reliability
  • Drive qualification of the technology and associated products
  • Act as the interface between Infineon and our foundry partners
  • Closely cooperate with all functions of the development and operations team
  • Have an ecosystem of experts around you that share knowledge and will place trust in you

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

  • A degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials or related fields
  • About +8 years of working experience in the field of semiconductor device physics, semiconductor manufacturing processes, process integration
  • Preference with non-volatile memory and BCD technologies experience
  • Worked in a project-driven environment under tough time-to-market pressure
  • Business fluent English is mandatory – Mandarin and German is a plus
  • Very good communication skills across different management levels, team disciplines and geographical locations
