Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Specify, design, verify, and integrate high performance RF/mmWave transceiver IPs/ICs for 24/60/77/>100 GHz from concept to mass production
  • Own block and top-level integration and collaborate closely with layout; drive verification/sign off for seamless tape out
  • Design and verify RF/mmWave building blocks; evaluate and drive novelTX/RX concepts and system level trade offs
  • Lead customer facing engineering: take ownership of FARs/field issues, drive root cause/corrective actions (8D), and represent design in customer meetings
  • Coordinate with Test/ATE/QA to implement robust test and release routines (incl. high parallel flows); ensure lab↔ATE correlation and protect shipment quality
  • Sustain legacy radar platforms in production (quality, yield, supply continuity); plan and execute product/node transfers without supply interruption; maintain documentation and release discipline
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring; collaborate tightly with systems, applications, software, layout, lab, test, operations, and quality; lead lab bring up, characterization, debugging, and validation planning
