Role Overview
Lead the design and development of advanced power electronics systems, ensuring robust architecture, performance, and delivery across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define system architecture and design methodologies
- Lead control strategies, EMC, and functional safety compliance
- Provide technical leadership across complex programs
- Build strong customer relationships and support business development
- Develop technical standards, tools, and best practices
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in power electronics system design and delivery
- Expertise in control systems, EMC, and multi-domain simulation
- Proven leadership in technical program delivery
- Experience with safety-critical systems and hardware validation
- Degree with significant relevant industry experience
