Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead the definition and the deployment of R&D Product Data Management methodologies, cross-domain workflows and tool data integrations
- Collaborate with IFX stakeholders ranging from technical experts to senior management across all divisions and central functions globally
- Develop IFX-wide strategies, techniques, and methodologies for planning and execution of CCM activities in PLM in partnership with business representatives
- Develop IFX-wide strategies, techniques, and methodologies for development data
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Proven experience in high-tech development, with hands-on expertise in at least one area (e.g. semiconductors, systems)
- Strong knowledge of product development processes and CCM-related standards, methodologies and tooling (e.g. JIRA, ClearCase, SVN, Jama)
- Ability to collect business needs, develop high-level concepts, and drive solutions through
- Proven capability to lead cross-functional technical teams, with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Product Data Management using commercial PLM tools (ideally PTC Windchill) would be a plus
