Core Responsibilities

| Continuous Improvement | • Participate in Lean events and drive rapid process improvements. • Scope and recommend cost‑reduction and sustainability projects. |
| Collaboration & Mentoring | • Work on multifunctional project teams; interface with senior stakeholders. • Coach junior engineers and maintenance personnel. |
| Travel | • 25‑50 % travel to plant sites (as needed). |
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 4‑7 years in technical engineering or capital‑project leadership.
- Technical Skills: PLC & HMI programming (Rockwell), capital project management, ability to lead ambiguous projects.
Preferred (“Nice‑to‑Have”) Skills
- Lean Practitioner certification or proven Lean‑tool experience.
- SAP and Wonderware familiarity.
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
