Core Responsibilities

Area	What You’ll Do
Project Leadership	• Manage capital projects (cost, schedule, performance). • Coordinate equipment specification, design, and installation for new or upgraded production lines.
Technical Execution	• Program PLCs/HMIs (Rockwell). • Investigate and resolve process/equipment issues; recommend corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement	• Participate in Lean events and drive rapid process improvements. • Scope and recommend cost‑reduction and sustainability projects.
Collaboration & Mentoring	• Work on multifunctional project teams; interface with senior stakeholders. • Coach junior engineers and maintenance personnel.
Travel	• 25‑50 % travel to plant sites (as needed).

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 4‑7 years in technical engineering or capital‑project leadership.
• Technical Skills: PLC & HMI programming (Rockwell), capital project management, ability to lead ambiguous projects.

Preferred (“Nice‑to‑Have”) Skills

• Lean Practitioner certification or proven Lean‑tool experience.
• SAP and Wonderware familiarity.

Compensation & Benefits

Item	Details
Base Salary	$95,000 – $126,000 / yr (location, experience, and skill dependent).
