TSMC Washington, LLC is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Photo Equipment section of a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of complex electronic and mechanical systems in the Photo Equipment section of a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
- Performing data analysis using SPC (Statistical Process Control), real-time monitoring methods, and additional sources to monitor and maintain performance of equipment.
- Planning and performing preventative maintenance with technician team.
- Developing and implementing improvements for availability and reliability of equipment.
- Continuously improving quality, cost, and throughput.
- Tracking and maintaining adequate spare parts inventory for maintenance needs to limit tool down time.
- Interacting with both internal customers and vendors as needed to improve performance and modify equipment.
- Supervising and supporting equipment installation or relocation.
- Troubleshooting tool issues to quickly diagnose and repair.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry, and five (5) years of experience in a related position, OR Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry and two (2) years of experience in a related position.
- Senior level photolithography equipment experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
- Experience with ASML and/or TEL TRACK tools.
- Project management experience.
- Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.

Work Location & Schedule
On-site at 5509 NW Parker St., Camas, WA 98607, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Additional hours may be required.
Eligibility
- Employment contingent on background check and drug screening (excludes cannabis).
Compensation and Benefits
Salary and position placement will be determined based on an individual's education, experience, and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities. Candidates will be assigned to the appropriate job level, with the corresponding salary range:
Principal Level: $125,000 - $172,895 per year.
This position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus depending on various factors.
This position is also eligible for a Relocation Bonus depending on various factors.
