Process Integration Engineer

TSMC Washington, LLC is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining stability of fab process, specifically mixed signal process.
• Transferring new products and technologies from TSMC headquarters.
• Reviewing daily WAT (Wafer Acceptance Test) and inline/offline abnormal signal and executing containment and preventive actions.
• Collaborating with fab engineering team to improve yield and WAT stability and reduce process defects.
• Providing technical support to mixed signal customers.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering and two (2) years of experience in a related position.
• Senior level Process Integration Engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
• Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.

Work Location & Schedule

• On-site at 5509 NW Parker St., Camas, WA 98607
• Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Additional hours may be required.

Eligibility

• Employment contingent on background check and drug screening (excludes cannabis).

Compensation and Benefits

Salary and position placement will be determined based on an individual's education, experience, and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities. Candidates will be assigned to the appropriate job level, with the corresponding salary range:

• Principal Level: $122,000 - $172,895 per year.

• This position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus depending on various factors.

• This position is also eligible for a Relocation Bonus depending on various factors.
