Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams including suppliers to design, certify and bring to the market product enhancements and options for the PC‑12 & PC‑24
• Identify product opportunities and recommend projects
• Provide distinct leadership skills supporting lateral management and act as deputy for the Director of Product Management
• Lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking to define and maintain product strategy and roadmaps
• Manage baseline aircraft and options definition and oversee pricing strategy with margin optimization
• Coordinate engineering inputs and project budgets, as well as collect inputs and ideas supporting innovation and preliminary project investigations (PPI)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Aviation
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or program leadership
• Good understanding of the Business Aviation market
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, good negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills
