In this role, you will own design and execution of packaging and pricing initiatives to accelerate revenue growth across key markets and channels. You will lead cross‑functional monetization programs and champion the Dynatrace Platform Subscription, aligning commercial models with market dynamics. You’ll translate data and competitive intelligence into actionable pricing strategies and enable front-line teams to execute effectively. This is a hands‑on, influence‑driven role with a strong impact on customer value and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic monetization initiatives across new offerings and markets; act as program leader for cross‑functional execution
- Design value‑based packaging and pricing models at portfolio and capability levels
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing; translate insights into strategies
- Collaborate with customers and partners to validate pricing and align with perceived value
- Evangelize monetization strategies to customer-facing teams and publish thought leadership
- Analyze street pricing and deal economics to drive data‑driven growth
Requirements
- 7+ years in strategic product management for B2B enterprise SaaS
- 5+ years defining monetization strategies and packaging/pricing
- strong ability to influence and engage with diverse stakeholders (technical and C‑level)
- experience partnering with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, and Deal Desk to govern pricing and deals
