• Identify risks/issues and ensure resolution
• Use data, dashboards, and insights for decision-making
• Align technology, business, and finance teams

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in Program Management
• Experience handling large-scale programs and multiple teams
• Strong experience with senior stakeholders (C-level)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Agile or structured delivery models
• Hands-on in reporting, dashboards, and executive communication
