The RBS ASIN-Productivity team owns the Selection, Speed, Price defect elimination charter with the objective to improve the contribution of productive ASINs in the overall Amazon Catalog.

Description

RBS ASIN-Productivity team is looking for a Principal Program Manager (PPM) for its Speed Charter. The Speed upstream defect elimination (UDE) charter operates in a highly ambiguous environment where speed ownership is distributed across multiple WW teams. Although speed gaps are recognized, the underlying contributors such as placement, regionalization, availability, and sourcing inefficiencies are not consistently identified and resolved. This PPM will be WW STL to identify defects due to policy gaps and work with the policy owner to fix at ingress.

Key Job Responsibilities

The Principal PM will:

  • Establish the WW program strategy for speed-policy defect discovery and elimination
  • Translate analytical outputs into scalable operating mechanisms
  • Prioritize cross-team roadmaps and ensuring long-term sustainability
  • Create governance structures that elevate price-defect management to an org-wide priority
  • Own program architecture, execution mechanisms, stakeholder alignment, change management, and global rollout, ensuring that the analytical solutions are adopted WW and deliver significant impact on customer experience and business growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience
  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality
