Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, you will be in charge of managing all aspects of large to moderately complex projects within a defined segment of strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will range from project definition and intake to transition to full operational support.

As an Operational Excellence Project Manager at Finastra, your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing mechanisms for gathering feedback from project teams to identify areas for improvement - Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams in improvement initiatives - Working closely with senior leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement, optimizing project management processes, and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness - Prioritizing and formulating necessary initiatives that offer the most value to the business - Analyzing project data to spot trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement - Conducting benchmarking against industry standards to pinpoint areas for improvement - Collaborating with Functional Leads on topics related to project management and organizational efficiency - Participating in meetings with teams to discuss performance opportunities, feedback, and required mitigation plans at the initiative level - Providing guidance, training, and coaching to Functional Leads on project performance - Influencing and motivating teams to achieve project success
