• You will take overall responsibility for several complex IT and digitalization projects running in parallel and manage them securely through all project phases.
• As a central control instance, you will coordinate stakeholders, project teams, and customers at eye level – internally and externally.
• Escalation management is part of your daily routine: You recognize risks early, make clear decisions, and lead projects purposefully even in critical situations.
• In multi-project management, you will prioritize confidently, manage dependencies, and proactively adjust milestones and resources.
• You will strategically advise our customers on project approaches, governance, and further digitalization potentials and provide clear recommendations for action.
• With your experience, you will actively contribute to the further development of project management standards and processes at d.velop.

Why you are a perfect fit for this job?

• You have many years of know-how in IT project management and have already successfully managed complex projects and project landscapes.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar) are a matter of course for you.
• You have sound experience in multi-project management and can keep an overview even with high complexity. Prospectively, you want to develop from Senior to Principal Project Manager.
• Escalation and stakeholder management are your strengths, as you are confident, clear, and assertive.
• Thanks to your structured way of thinking, you can also communicate complex technical contexts understandably.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the requirements and structures of the IT or DMS environment.
