Principal Quality Automation Engineer (Global)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks and test strategies to ensure system stability and customer satisfaction
• Embed with engineering teams to guide test design and development practices that produce built-in quality
• Lead initiatives using AI-assisted testing and intelligent validation to scale quality across teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering or quality automation experience in large-scale systems
• Proven success in designing and implementing automation frameworks across multiple platforms
• Deep knowledge of modern test automation frameworks and integration with CI / CD systems
• Experience in cloud-native environments, ideally AWS, with infrastructure automation understanding
• Hands-on experience with Extreme Programming (XP) or similar collaborative practices
