Our client is looking for a mission-driven and passionate Principal Recruiter to partner with their CEO and take ownership of their sourcing strategy and recruiting engine. This is a unique opportunity for a smart, scrappy, and motivated individual to help build our rocket right from the launchpad.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technology recruiting, ideally within AI
• Deeply passionate about your work and possess an unusually strong work ethic
• Effective approach to sourcing beyond simple Boolean searches on LinkedIn (what’s one thing you do differently from other recruiters?)
• Execution‑focused and obsessed with making the details great
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
