We are an award‑winning, global recruitment organization experiencing sustained hyper growth across multiple markets and technology verticals. As we continue to scale, we are looking to bring on a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing Philadelphia team.

This is a principal, recruitment role where you will operate as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, owning end‑to‑end recruitment and business development within the Niche Technology ecosystem (Data, Cloud, and more). You will play a critical role in driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and mentoring others while helping shape the ongoing success of a fast‑scaling business.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will operate at the top of your game—owning both client acquisition and talent delivery while driving best practices across the team.

Client Engagement

  • Develop and expand relationships with enterprise and high‑growth clients
  • Lead consultative client meetings to understand hiring strategies and hiring needs
  • Negotiate commercial terms and build long‑term partnerships

Recruitment & Delivery

  • Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
  • Identify, engage, and manage top‑tier Niche Technology talent
  • Deliver high‑quality candidate pipelines aligned to client requirements
  • Provide a premium candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Strategy & Leadership

  • Build and execute market and account growth strategies
  • Act as a subject matter expert within your vertical
  • Mentor junior consultants and influence team performance
  • Contribute to a high‑performance, collaborative sales culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in a 180 recruitment / full-desk role (agency environment required)
  • Strong track record of business development and revenue generation
  • Experience recruiting within technology markets (Cloud, Data, or Software) preferred
  • Confident in cold outreach, negotiation, and client management
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales and placement targets
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly driven, ambitious, and motivated by performance and progression
