As a Principal Architect at Morningstar Retirement, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architectural direction of the Fiduciary Services business. Your deep domain expertise will be instrumental in tackling complex challenges, guiding advanced system design, and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions to support the company's growing AI ambitions and ensure the reliability and trust required for Fiduciary platforms.

**Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or large-scale system design. - Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership levels, through training and workshops. - Expertise in infrastructure, application architecture, platforms, and data systems. - Ability to influence internal business decision-makers as a technical thought leader and communicate effectively across diverse audiences. - Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystems (e.g., Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker) and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code. - Proficiency in development using technologies such as Java, Python, and Vue. - Practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation using embeddings, vector stores, and semantic search optimization.
